Alice + Whittles will cover the cost of one exchange order in Canada for all items that are not "Final Sale or End of Season Sale". Unfortunately we are currently unable to process exchanges from countries other than Canada. To process an exchange, please send an email with your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org
"Final Sale/End of Season Sale" are all final.
Can I return my purchase?

Alice + Whittles will cover the cost of one return order in Canada on all full priced merchandise. Unfortunately we are currently unable to process returns from countries other than Canada. To process a return, please send an email with your order number to email@example.com
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be returned. Exchanges only.
How long do I have to return an Item?
All exchanges and returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
How do I return an item?
Please send an email to info @ aliceandwhittles .com with the details of your order and the reason for your return. We will review your return request and provide a shipping label for your return, if approved. All items returned must arrive unused, with hang tags and labels affixed. Please note that we do reserve the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which have been used or damaged.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be credited to you in the following five business days.
Do I have to pay a fee for returns or exchanges?
If an eligible item is returned or exchanged, your card will be credited with the full refund. You will not be charged any fees. Alice + Whittles will cover the cost of one return order or one exchange order for full-priced merchandise in Canada. You'll be required to pay for shipping on exchanges and returns for discounted product.
